How much time is required each day?

This can take as little as 10 minutes a day. Weekly training videos are approx. 10 minutes. Bonus training along with Q&A sessions will be one hour each week.

What if I miss a day of the challenge?

You are doing this for YOU. Things are bound to happen in 21 days. However, the old saying of 'you get out of it what you put in' is true. You need to ask yourself what you want from this and how hard are you willing to work. There are days we do not feel like doing the work. Those are the days you do it anyway. You will be amazed at how this leads to growth.

Absolutely! Practicing gratitude every day helps create and strengthen new neural connections in the brain. You can think of it as a way to "rewire" your brain. This is the ground work for a mental reset, helping you reduce stress and anxiety.
